We ship the orders within 2 working days of receiving them from Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays. However, in case of unforeseen circumstances, there may be a delay in processing your order for which you will be duly updated via email and WhatsApp.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a wrong or incomplete name/address provided by the customer, non-availability of a recipient at the time of delivery, or related reasons on the customer’s side, any extra costs incurred by us for re-delivery will be claimed from the customer.
