We design our products considering the learning needs of the children as per the researches and policy documents, so that all children achieve optimum development. We are sure that our products provide the learning support your child needs to acquire the relevant concept.
However, if you still want to return/exchange (in case of damaged product received) an item you have ordered, we will be happy to help you. You are simply required to raise a refund request within 7 days of its delivery. We will not charge any return/exchange fee.
Kindly note that the item being returned must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and MRP tag intact
In case of damaged product received, please send us an email with the photo of the product received and the Order ID at info@early8years.com. You can also WhatsApp/call on 7289069606 within 72 hours of receiving the item. You may opt to:
- Get a replacement of the item free of cost.
- Get a refund instead of replacement for a defective/damaged product. In this case, the total amount paid will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 working days
Kindly note that we reserve the right to reject return requests from customers in case of more than two returns from them of the same item.
Cancellation Policy
In case you want to cancel an order, please email at info@early8years.com or WhatsApp/call on 7289069606 within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped out to you.
Early8Years reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case for any significant reason. In that case, we will update you via email and WhatsApp and will refund 100% payment you may have made.
